Ingredients Required:

. Spinach: Half a kilo.

. Cottage cheese: 200 grams.

. Salt: to taste.

. Onion: a number.

. Tomato paste: one cup.

. Crushed red pepper: one and a half teaspoon.

. Turmeric: Half a teaspoon.

. Chopped pepper: a teaspoon.

. Crushed hot spices: half a teaspoon.

. Double bread crumbs: half a cup.

. Corn flour: Two tablespoons.

. Fresh cream: four tablespoons.

. Kasuri methi: a tablespoon.

. Green Peppers: Two to three pieces.

. Oil: as required.

Synthesis:

Squeeze and wash the spinach and boil it in boiling water for three to four minutes and put it in a sieve. Pour cold ice water over it, filter it well and dry it. Now put spinach and green chillies in the chopper and chop. Then add salt, corn flour and double bread crumbs and mix well.

Mix salt and pepper in the cottage cheese and make small balls. Then make spinach dumplings, cover them with cottage cheese balls and keep them in the fridge for a while. Now put oil in a pan and fry the meatballs till they turn golden. Then reduce the oil in the same pan and fry the finely chopped onion in it and then take it out and keep it aside. Now add garlic in the same oil and fry for a while and then add tomato paste, salt, red pepper, turmeric and fried onion and mix well and cook till the gravy thickens. Finally, add cream, hot spices and Kasuri methi and put it on the tail over low heat. When the oil separates, take it off the stove. Remove to a dish, add fried meatballs and serve with hot bread.



2.Dried fruits and Qorma:
